Letter: Naughton cares about working families

Democrat Claire Naughton, is a dynamic, hard-working and well qualified woman to be our next state representative.
Claire is a retired teacher who knows the importance of education and what the state should be doing for education. Claire supports yearly increases of state aid for education and municipal local budgets. Claire believes that charter schools must be financed by the state and that the state must continue aid for school construction.
Most importantly, Claire will be among the Democratic majority at the State House. Her voice will be clearly heard and she will have support.
She cares about us, the working families. Families who live from paycheck to paycheck; grandparents, who must take care of their grandchildren, because childcare is so expensive; and families who wonder how they are going to pay for their escalating heating bills.
She knocked on as many doors as physically possible and listened carefully. She understands the importance of an aggressive leader, and she will speak who mind and not back down to the pressures of politics.
We respectfully ask for your vote on Tuesday, Feb. 7th for Democrat Claire Naughton for State Representative.
